What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday 8 am - 6 pm and Sundays 10 am-4 pm. We are closed on Mondays.

How do I place an order?

We are taking all order request through our website. Click on the “Request a Special Order” button at the top and follow the prompted submission form. We will get back to you with more information and a quote within 48 business hours. This is not an official order and will need to be confirmed via email and paid in full to secure the order date and details.

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes! We carry a variety of gluten free options daily including muffins, cookies, pastries, and brownies. All of our cake flavors can be made gluten free for custom order.

How Far in advance should I place an order?

For custom orders, we typically fill up 2-3 weeks in advance, however, this is not a guarantee. We can only take a certain number of orders per day, regardless of size or design, so we suggest booking as soon as you know the details. Large cake orders should be booked approximately 3 months in advance to avoid disappointment. For weddings, we recommend booking 8-12 months in advance.

What is Your booking Process for weddings?

We recommend ordering your wedding cake 8-12 months in advance to ensure our availability. We take a limited number of weddings per weekend so we book up quickly. First step is to fill out the “request a special order” wedding form on our website. This is a request for more information and a quote only, not an official order. We will email back with a rough quote and schedule a tasting box if needed. Once you have decided on a design and flavor, we will send an invoice to you. From there, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date.

What type of custom cakes do you offer?

We specialize in round cakes with buttercream designs. We do not offer 3D carved cakes, fondant sculpted figures or toppers, character cakes or edible images/logos at this time.

What is your CANCELLATION policy?

We require a 30% deposit due at the time of booking to secure the specific date. The remaining 70% is due 10 days prior to pick up. The deposit is non-refundable and can not be applied if your pick up date is rescheduled. Any changes to the order must be made prior to 10 days before pick up or delivery. No credits will be given for cancellations with less than 10 days notice. Postponements are dependent on the new date being available. If payment is not received by the due date, the order may be cancelled.

Do you offer allergy friendly menu items?

We are not a gluten, nut or allergen free bakery. We do offer bakery items free of nuts and gluten however we can not 100% guarantee any inadvertent cross contamination. We do not offer soy free cakes at this time.

Do you make smash cakes?

Yes! We offer 4” size smash cakes in either vanilla or chocolate flavors with simple buttercream designs. Please see smash cake gallery under the “celebration cakes” tab. Any elaborate designs or other flavors can be done on a 6” size cake.

Do you deliver/ship?

We have partnered with Unihop to provide delivery in and around Franklin and Nashville. Delivery is offered on advanced special orders only. See our delivery tab for more information. We do not offer shipping at this time.

What do you have for walk in purchase?

We sell a variety of scratch made breakfast pastries to include muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, croissants, homemade pop tarts, individual quiche, and cream cheese brioche rolls. Along with our breakfast pastries we sell assorted soft cookies, specialty cookies, brownies, and macarons. We offer tea and coffee service along with a variety of other hot and cold drink options. Our cold pastry case if full of individual sized cakes and pastries that are perfect treat to enjoy with tea service in our tea room. For last minute celebrations we have case cakes available in our 6” size. These are sold first come first served daily. Just give us a call to see what flavors we have available that day. We’d be happy to hold a case cake with payment for same day pick up and add any writing needed.

Do you offer sheet cakes?

We do not offer sheet cakes at this time. We are a small bakery with limited storage space and, let’s face it, round cakes are just prettier!

Do you offer classes or parties?

We are not currently booking decorating classes or parties.

Can I rent out the Tearoom?

Yes! We offer tearoom rentals on specific days and times. Food and Beverage minimums must be met. Email our ordering manager for more information at info@triplecrownbakery.com
